Messy Church

What is Messy Church?

Messy Church is a fresh new way of experiencing church. It's for all ages, it’s fun and it's family friendly. It's creating, worshipping and sharing a meal together. There are Messy Churches all over the world.

Our Messy Church was established in 2018 and we have about 30 families registered.

When and where do we meet?

Sundays, around 6 times a year.

Time: 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm

Where: St Nicholas' Church, Back Lane, Wigginton YO32 2ZH

How to book a place

Cost: Messy Church is absolutely free, but a donation is always welcome

Booking: We do operate a booking system and families must be registered with us to meet safeguarding requirements.

What happens at Messy Church?

 

Messy Church is built around a theme - usually a Bible story.

Everyone gets to enjoy making a craft, playing a game, learning about the God who loves us and enjoying a meal together.

Messy Church is for the whole family - children must be accompanied by an adult.
